Amanda Kolasinski
Amanda Kolasinski brings over 14 years’ experience as a bookkeeper serving clients in industries including: Manufacturing, Construction, Property Management, Real Estate, Insurance, and Environmental Services. With industry insight she is a key asset in process mapping, and implementation. Businesses who need to bring their bookkeeping, and project management a fresh perspective for improved accountability, and efficiency will certainly benefit.
Batsheva Kahn
Senior Bookkeeper and Office Manager
Batsheva has over a decade of financial management and payroll experience and has been with PL Consulting since 2012. She enjoys cleaning up complicated bookkeeping issues. Batsheva In her spare time  enjoys sewing and reading.
Andrea Berlinicke
Over 30 years of accounting experience. She graduated from Strayer University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. She has worked for both large and small CPA firms and in private industry. She specializes in small business and is a Licensed Tax Preparer in the State of Maryland. In her off time she is a devoted wife and mom to twin girls. She serves as treasurer of the PTA and is a co-leader and treasurer of her daughters Girl Scout troop.
Sima Azizzadeh
Born in Iran, Moved to the US in May 2005.
Married in 2007.Â
Started College from Touro College in Ny, CCBC in MD and then University of Baltimore
Earned Bachelor of Business/Accounting in 2009 from University of Baltimore
Working with PLC from 2014 until present.
Shoshana Stein
Joined PL Consulting in 2016. She acts as the controller for her small to mid size clients. She strives to develop a solid relationship with her clients in order to provide them with the highest quality services catered to their needs. Shoshana recently passed her fourth CPA exam, and is currently working towards her hourly requirements for her CPA License. When not at work, she enjoys walking, cycling and spending time with her family.
Esti Cohen
Certified bookkeeper and accounts manager at Pl Consulting, a full time bookkeeping and financial management company located in the Pikesville neighborhood of Baltimore, Maryland. Esti joined in the summer of 2020 with experience from other accounting firms as well as taxation departments. She specializes in communicating with clients and fulfilling their financial needs, helping their small business succeed. Esti enjoys spending time with family and friends when not working. Â Â Â
